Johnson Designs, established in 1992, is an award winning architectural technology practice specialising in home extensions and new build individual houses. Based in Chichester and Four Marks, the Practice has successfully prepared many hundreds of designs and building drawings for Planning and Building Regulation requirements. Typical examples of our projects include; single and two storey extensions, loft and garage conversions, garden rooms, annexes and outbuildings and home offices. We also have an excellent track record in obtaining planning permission for new houses and extensions in difficult locations.
Working with the Local Authorities across southern England, we prepare all the necessary forms and documentation for Local Authority submissions and liaise with the Planners and Building Control Officers.

We also work in conjunction with Structural Engineers and Energy Consultants and pride ourselves in giving you a totally personal service creating individual designs in both traditional and contemporary styles and provide ideas on how to create cost effective, attractive and functional designs tailored to suit your needs.
